This includes sharing login credentials, screenshots of course materials, or distributing the training in any form to others.

3. Third-Party Tools

You are responsible for purchasing your own subscriptions to those tools, complying with their terms of service, and managing your own accounts. We are not responsible for any changes those platforms make to their pricing, features, or availability.

4. No Results Guaranteed

Our course provides training, methods, and techniques. Your results will depend entirely on your own effort, skill, and the time you invest. Any income or performance examples discussed in our marketing materials represent what is possible but are not a guarantee of what you will achieve. Results will vary from person to person.

5. AI-Generated Content and Compliance

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that any AI-generated content you create and publish complies with all applicable laws, platform policies, and advertising standards. This includes proper disclosure of AI-generated content where required. We provide guidance on compliance within the course, but we accept no liability for how you use what you learn.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment processor before contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to immediately revoke your course access and dispute the chargeback. We have a clear refund policy and we ask that you contact us first before going to your bank.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
